Use foam tape as well to attach the pet’s picture and remaining paw shapes to the bottom base of the paw. Then, take the bottom paw print shape place it on the top right side of the heart. Now we can attach the wings to the big heart with foam tape (line it up to the left side of the heart). Use transfer tape to apply the name to the white banner and then place the outline of the banner over it with foam tape. Next, assemble the banner, which is 3 layers.
